Due to popular demand, we have now added a weekly live online Yoga and Mindfulness session with Peggy. Why not finish the week and transition into the weekend with this relaxing and calming session?
What you can expect -Your instructor Peggy will be helping you link movement to the breath and using moments of stillness to find connection with mindfulness. You will be able to experience how this practice can help with stress, anxiety and quieting the mind.
Each class will be different, using flow yoga, strength poses and stretching to improve the body and mind connection.
Where: Online! So you can do this session from the comfort of your home.
Time: Every Friday 6-7 pm starting from Friday 23rd October
How to book: No need to book! This class will be done live via our Facebook Page. If you haven't already, please join our Residence Life Facebook Page here. You will have to join in advance of the session as each member needs to be approved. You can then go to the page at 6 pm and we will be ready to go!
What you need: If you have your own yoga mat use it. Please clear some space in the area where you will be exercising and make sure that you stay hydrated.
