Working out in your room
Ok… If you think that now you have an excuse not to go to the gym or go for a run, you’re wrong! If you are feeling good, but you still need to stay in your room here are some options for you how to stay fit and active! No equipment needed!
This app will put you through your paces! The app is absolutely free, you can download it on your phone, and it will guide you through each step with videos and audio instructions. It is very well done (Nike has a budget!) and you’ll find a massive library of workouts for each muscle group. If you don’t have any equipment, there’s a category for this too! Use your body!
Just 6 weeks
This app will get you to do 100 push-ups in just 6 weeks (hence the name…;)! With simple drills that you can repeat every day, you can increase the number of repetitions and see your progress on a graph – very motivating!
Download the app on your phone!
This website has hundreds of different workouts, again, just like Nike Training Club, you will be able to work out with no equipment, just using your body.
